Cookie notice
This page describes cookies and similar storage used on https://adapterroutepoint.digital. It should be read with the privacy notice. The first-visit banner lets you accept or reject optional analytics. Either choice still leaves the site usable.
What cookies are
HTTP cookies are small text files a site asks your browser to store. This site also uses localStorage, which stays on your device until you clear it, to remember a cookie choice. We treat that storage as part of the same subject.
Types we use
Essential. Needed to remember that you have answered the banner, and to serve pages securely. These do not profile you for advertising.
Analytics (optional). We do not currently set a third-party analytics cookie. If we later add a modest, first-party count of page views, it will appear in the table below and will run only after Accept. Rejecting the banner means we will not set that future analytics cookie either.
We do not use advertising networks.
Table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| adapterroutepoint_cookie_consent | Stores whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies, so the banner does not return every visit | Until you clear site data (localStorage) | Adapterroutepoint (this site) |
| Host security / session cookies | May be set by the hosting service to route traffic and resist abuse | Session or as set by the host | Website host |
| Consent for fonts | Requests to Google Fonts load typefaces; Google may process technical data as described in Google’s policies | Per Google’s policies | Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) |
No other named analytics cookie is active at the date above.
How to manage or disable
Use Accept or Reject on the banner. To change later, clear this site’s data in your browser (localStorage and cookies for adapterroutepoint.digital). You can also block cookies entirely in browser settings; the pages, contact form, and spend-review descriptions will still function. The banner may appear again if we cannot read a stored choice.
Most browsers offer controls under settings labelled Privacy, Cookies, or Site data.
Third-party cookies
Google Fonts is loaded so headings and body text render as designed. That is a third-party request. We do not control Google’s storage. If you reject optional cookies, we still need the typeface files to draw the pages; font loading is treated as part of delivering the site, not as analytics. You may block third-party requests in your browser; the layout will fall back to a system font.
We do not embed social-media pixels.
Impact of disabling
Rejecting optional analytics does not hide rates, journals, or the contact form. Blocking all cookies may reset the banner on every visit and, on some hosts, may affect a secure session. Blocking Google Fonts only changes appearance.
