Privacy notice

Last updated 19 August 2026

This notice explains how Adapterroutepoint (“we”) handles personal data when you use https://adapterroutepoint.digital, write to us, or engage us to read purchase records. It sits alongside the cookie notice.

Data controller

Adapterroutepoint, Level 10, 64 Aghmashenebeli Street, Kutaisi 4600, Georgia, is the controller for website enquiries and for contact details on engagement letters. Email: hello@adapterroutepoint.digital. Telephone: +995 431 555 427.

When we process invoice files that contain names of your staff or vendors, we usually act as a processor on your documented instructions. The engagement letter will say so. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis to share those files.

What we collect

From the contact form and email: name, email address, organisation, the type of work you wish to discuss, optional period or invoice volume, and the message text.

From an engagement: names and roles of contacts, billing details, and the purchase records you supply (which may include vendor names, tax numbers, and occasionally a staff name in a description field).

From the website: technical logs our host may keep (IP address, time, pages requested) for security, and a consent preference stored in your browser as described under cookies.

We do not ask for payment-card numbers on this site. We do not want medical, payroll, or student files.

Why we use it

To answer an enquiry, prepare an estimate, perform a spend review or related study, invoice, keep engagement records, and meet bookkeeping and legal duties in Georgia. The lawful bases we rely on, as applicable under Georgian personal-data law, are: taking steps toward a contract, performing a contract, legitimate interests in running a small professional practice, and legal obligation (tax and accounting). Where consent is required (for optional analytics cookies), we ask first.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become work: 18 months, then deletion of the mailbox copy we control.

Engagement files: for the period in the letter, then source ledgers are deleted or returned; the findings note and invoice are kept for six years to meet tax record-keeping in Georgia, unless a longer statutory period applies.

Server logs: according to our host’s default, typically under 90 days, unless needed for a security incident.

Your rights

Depending on your situation and Georgian law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data we hold, and to object to certain processing. You may withdraw cookie consent from the banner’s stored choice by clearing site data or writing to us. These rights are not absolute — we may keep invoices the tax authority expects us to keep.

To exercise rights, write to hello@adapterroutepoint.digital. We may need to confirm it is you. You may also complain to Georgia’s personal-data protection authority.

International transfers

Our website host and email provider may store copies outside Georgia. Where that happens, we use providers who offer a contractual promise of appropriate protection, or we limit the data to what the message needs. Invoice files for an engagement stay on encrypted disks in the studio unless you have agreed another location (for example, work only on your premises).

Sharing

We share data with: our accountants and, if required, legal counsel; a host that stores this website; and authorities when the law of Georgia requires it. We do not sell contact lists.

Staff named on the about page see files only as needed for the engagement.

Children

This site is written for professional buyers and finance officers. We do not knowingly collect data about children.

Changes

We will date a revised notice at the top of this page. Material changes to engagement processing will also appear in the letter.
