Briefing
Annual spend briefing
A half-day session that walks a board, a council committee, or a finance team through last year’s buying using maps prepared in advance.
Once a map exists — from our review or from your own team — someone still has to stand in front of it. The annual spend briefing is that session: two to three hours, a printed set of boards, and a sequence that starts with totals, then categories, then the suppliers who dominate, then the questions the next budget should not dodge.
We will not perform a theatre of surprise. If a figure is ugly, it is on the page before the meeting. If the underlying review was not ours, we need a week with the files to check that we are not presenting someone else’s arithmetic as our own.
The fee of 1,400 GEL excluding VAT covers the half-day and a two-page note of what was said. Preparing maps from raw invoices is a separate spend review or category study. Rooms at Level 10 are included when the session is held here; hired rooms elsewhere are at cost.
